I would really love it if Blizzard brought back Claws of Shirvallah druid form for Shadowlands. Anyone else miss this?

You mean the fire kitty ? Fairly sure it’s planned as part of the druid form customisation and unlock in SL

In WoD, there was a feral druid talent that allows you to transform into a Saberon. I’d like to see that back.

No, he means the WoD talent that allowed you to cast caster spells in Cat Form and made you anthropomorphic.
I really have to say that this is one of those cases where I actively think something shouldn’t be added. That talent was immensily overpowered and was also the antithesis of the core Feral Druid fantasy and gameplay, by making you never need to shapeshift. It has no place on a Feral Druid. If you want to play an anthropomorphic melee/healing hybrid, try a Paladin or Shaman and pick one of the furry races like Pandaren or Tauren or Vulpera.

Can’t really say I agree with that. Maybe with a significant upgrade in graphics on it. The one we had in Warlords looked blocky and ugly. Because it was a vanilla model. Used as a character model in 2014-2016.
Honestly that thing made no sense.
But at least if it’s purely cosmetic I can just elect to avoid it like the plague that it is. But if it gets to be “You no longer have to shapeshift!” then that’s a huge buff because it removes the disadvantage of shapeshifting while leaving only the advantage of the otherwise too strong abilities that are locked behind that shapeshift, making feral objectively overpowered, forcing Blizzard to nerf all those spells, turning feral into a carbon clone of shaman and ret. That thing can’t even be allowed to exist - it’s not a free choice if it does. It’s too strong.
If it’s a caster form, why not make it a glyph to replace moonkin form?

Or a simple glyph for cat form, similar to bear’s mage tower.

At some point I think this argument is going to finally do it for me and I’ll start vomiting.
Honestly, how much punishment and inconsistency should this game be taking? I mean we’re now at a point where people walk into glowing squid-brains and fly over peaceful human villages and everyone’s like “Hello! Nice to meet you!”
And here we are again. Shirvallah, a Loa of the Zandalari, who for some reason doesn’t show up in BfA despite us going to Zandalar and her being alive, is going to give all Druids her blessing… except probably the Zandalari because they’re all about dinosaurs you know. Including those who kill the Zandalari!
There was no reason she did it in WoD, and we weren’t even anywhere near her when we could pick up the talents - we were on another dimension in another timeline!
Look - this is an MMORPG! This argument that you should be able to pick something just because it looks cool regardless of any lore implications is basically turning the entire friggin’ game world into a clown show that I have to look at even if I don’t pick it and destroying any remaining traces of immersion that might have been possible.
Where is the sense of the world in all this? Where is Azeroth even any more? I can’t find it!

I want old models back
They should tune the graphics down in-game anyway. I don’t think there is anyone who actually cares about graphics in WoW that much. WoTLK - MoP graphics were good enough already.
In addition they can’t even make the game run on 144fps with the details they because the engine is so old.
I also feel like more customization for characters is a must have. Now that evryone has max ilvl and good gear within the first month of release because it’s so easy to get, cosmetics are the only thing that makes us different and unique.

If you want an humanoid cat form, I’d rather have slightly altered versions of the different humanoid racesa available to druids instead of that ugly humanoid cat.
Plus, altered humanoid forms based on races would probably allow us to keep our armors on.
I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one. 
Of course not everyone will agree, but I wanted to post this with a slight hope of reaching through to Blizzard. They would need to make new skins for Troll and Kul Tirans though. I wonder what they would be like?
