As of now, the Claymore of Unholy Might doesnt add anything for Exodin, the Strength proc doesnt scale good with Exorcism and going further with vertically increasing powercreep, Exodin supporting runes needs a change.
Mainly starting with how AoW works, it should’ve been changed since the end of MC phase, because of HOW much crit we have. It was fun in P2 and P3 because we didnt had >50% crit with almost guarantee crits on every hit, so proccing old AoW was fun. AoW should change Exorcism CD to 6s, on crit burn enemy for 70% damage done and make Flash of Ligh instant with 5s CD. With the way AoW is currently implemented its mostly Art of Exorcism, than Art of War. With this change Purifying Power rune also needs a small correcting, since 50% reduced CD for Exorcism is no longer needed. Honestly, you just can bake Imp.HoW into it and make it more useful(it needs to work same way as Warrior execute rune)
As of Naxxramas, Seal Stacking with slow 2H is way ahead of Exodin(and Twisting) by DPS and the main reason for it is 4P Draconic scaling better with slow 2H and RV being useless for fast 2H. Exodin cant play competitive with Seal Stacking due to how godly 4P Draconic and Sealbearer enchant work together. Exodin lacks passive DPS and with another playstyle that was forgotten since P1, Monoseal Ret(Basically Exodin but with slow 2H) will fall behind even more further.
Theres quite few things can be done to help Exodin and Monoseal Ret, which is adding rune “Aura of Command” that works basically like Seal of Truth in Cata, but its buffs and debuffs are removed whenever you change seal(twist) or have 2 seals active(Seal stack). This way it will buff Exodin and Monoseal Ret and will ensure that other 2 playstyles wont get benefit from this rune. Or you can change Avenger 4P set bonus with Avenger 2P, because its the main source of Damage for Exodin.
Exodin is a unique playstyle in SoD and killing it off is against the spirit and point of SoD
