Is it possible to use click casting functionality in the UI to not only work when I click the target frame, but also when I mouseover the actual player?
For arena, I would prefer to be able to use flash heal when I click on their toon, not having to move the cursor over to the arena frames and then do the mouseover healing with click casting

If you enable friendly namplates you can click cast on those. Not sure if its supported by the Blizz implementation but Clique should be able to do it if not.
Just on Clique, frame blacklist does not seem to show up on my evoker for some reason. Seems to work fine for every other character except the evoker. Anyone else had an issue with this?
I’d ask the Clique developer. Not here.
