Clicking "Play" from Battle.Net does not Launch WoW

Experiencing an issue when trying to Lauch Wow Retail from Battle.net client. I’m stuck in somekind of update loop or something as everytime I click “Play” nothing happens (it says “Launching for 5 sec”) and after short duration it returns back to show “Play” or moves back to “Update”. This appeared after the Pre-Reseler content patch became downlodable. I have it downloaded now but this does not change the result.
Game version 10.2.7.55664

Problem solved doing:

  1. Run “Disk Cleanup” application
  2. Run powershell command: Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth .
  3. Run powershell command: Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth .
  4. Run powershell command: Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth .
  5. Restart computer (I don’t know if it works without it. But I did during my try).
  6. Open Battlenet and run the “Scan and Repair” from the settings button near the “Play” button.
