Client broken after trying to use PTR

I’ve recently been trying to access the 10.0 PTR via my Battle.net launcher. Every time I tried to open it, the client would fail to launch saying ‘an unexpected error has occurred’.

I tried to reinstall a few times and I also ran repair a few times but each time I did it would fail to complete at 99% and I’d get the error: BLZBNTAGT00000BB8. I then uninstalled PTR entirely using the Battle.net launcher.

I then tried to go back to retail WoW and this wouldn’t launch, only an error came up. Now all I can do is try to ‘update’ when I’m on retail in the launcher and it runs the repair, which just repeatedly fails at 99% and cites the same error: BLZBNTAGT00000BB8.

I followed the steps from the forums about this issue but nothing is working. Can you help?
