Is it possible to have BfA removed from my client?
Hello Silvessa,
Unfortunately this is not possible, unless for a refund. But since you have upgraded your account last year already, a refund isn’t possible anymore.
Kind regards
What’s your opinion?
I dont want a refund i just dont want BfA content.
Hello again,
Like I said, a downgrade is not possible.
Kind regards
What’s your opinion?
Ok would it be possible to get a new account with only up to legion?
Hello again,
Sure, you can have up to 8 accounts in your Battle.Net Account. You don’t have to upgrade the new account to Battle for Azeroth.
Kind regards
What’s your opinion?
Cool. Now does the legion content still work?
Hello,
Yes, it is all still there but you might be a little bit lonely there because most people are playing the newest content.
Kind regards
What’s your opinion?
Well with that attitude my reply is simply
Most people quit current content.
Jeez bad service or what!
What attitude? All the replies to you were correct and succinct. Were you expecting a Blizzard Employee to reply to you in any other way?
I don’t see anything wrong with Kiemmaki’s attitude, yours on the other hand…
Just lock your XP at 110 and don’t do any BfA content.
Make a new Blizzard account, add a starter then gametime if you want to start over.
If you want to keep all your mounts, pets, etc. Add a new starter account to your current blizzard account and add gametime to it.
That bit was not needed.
It’s true though, legion endgame content will be kinda quiet.
True or not i didnt need to be told i would be a loner with no friends!
Also why does eveyone assume its only end game content that people want.
I guess because it’s an MMO game not a solo game, there are things to do below max level but most people aim for max level. You can play the game however you want as long as you don’t break the rules.
If you read it again, Kiemmaki says it will be lonely not that you are a loner.
As Dottie pointed out, I didn’t say you were a loner and that you are not having any friends. I just wanted to warn you not to expect to have a lot of players around you because most are playing the newest content. Meaning that you might not be able to do dungeons, raids etc.
Kind regards
What’s your opinion?
The questions are…
- What do you expect to happen?
- What result did you have in mind?
It is the same thing as locking you XP gain on a new character at 110 with BFA. You will still be in the same world with the difference that you cant gain XP after 110 with a Legion account.
You can do this on a BFA account by visiting a “experience eliminator” at level 110.
-
For the Horde faction: Go to the Hall of the Brave, Valley of Honor in Orgrimmar. Look for and talk to Slahtz <Experience Eliminator>.
-
For the Alliance faction: Go to the War Room, Stormwind Keep in Stormwind City. Look for and talk to Behsten <Experience Eliminator>
A funny note “Behsten Slahtz” does translate to “Best in Slots” and they are level 19 characters helping you with this.
The answers are…
I thought blizz would be happy to get my money but provide less content.
I wanted to play a better version of warcraft and its not august yet.
And they are nice to you and do that for free, you dont need to buy another account for it. BFA with XP locked are same as a legion account. On top of that, it is also possible for you to enable XP again if you change your mind at a later point.
I think ill just wait till august.
