I did not get the expected Coffer Key Shard after completing the Radiant Echoes event.
I have done the event with a Raid in x5.
I scored about 700 and only got 36xShards, when another got 195.
Retried, I did 920 of score. Half the raids had 225x Shards while the other half (including me) 37x Key Shards.
I was answered by support that it seems that only one echo was taken into account but only 4 others were deduced. They know the situation and recommend me report the situation as a bug to see how many players are affected by this problem.
So let’s introduce yourself here if you faced the same issue.
Just did the daily quest in Isle of Dorn which rewards 25 Coffer Key shard. Sadly, I didn’t get anything so there seems to be an issue here. Supporting this thread.
Worldsoul Memory x5, guild raid team, we all got similar scores. 800-900. I received 37 coffer key shards, where some guild mates received 220+. Others in raid reported same bug as well with low key shards received. Nice to waste 5 radiant echoes blizzard. thumbs up!
I don’t understand why the event is not disabled once the bug is recognized until it’s fixed. Countless of players don’t visit forums or community sites (and shouldn’t have to!) but play in good faith just to be screwed over by a known bug.
1 week later, bug still exists, 0 warning in client or they didnt even bother to disable the event till they fix it. So I went and did a 5x echo, got 950 score and 37 shards, same amount of shards i got from a 1x echo. should’ve at least gotten 250 shards which means im now permanently behind 2.5 keys, blizz plz get c ASAP
As the topic says. The world soul memory event seems to be bugged. Twice now i’ve done it with a group where we got 1000 points, and twice now i’ve only gotten 36 shards out of it despite using 5 echos…this is essentially wasting Echos, and apparently there is nothing that can be done about returning the echos or give you the keys you should have had.
I would like to ask a question that some of us could possibly have.
Once this gets fixed, will the missing Coffer Key Shards and Valorstones be awarded retroactively to those of us, who were given the wrong amounts?
Would be nice to know, since we’re taking a rather great risk when we participate in the Worldsoul event, and it simply doesn’t sound viable to me if there is a chance of not getting them at all, instead of maybe later (which still sucks, but slightly less) when this gets fixed.
The article also doesn’t mention it anywhere, so it would be nice to put little bit of info somewhere.

It happened to me just now, I did 2 x 5 and got rewarded 35 shards for the first and 179 for the second run. The first time no one received more than 37 shards and the theory is that it’s determined by how many the raid leader puts in. If they put in 5, people can put in 5 or 1 but if the leader only puts in 1, no one will get rewarded for more than 1 regardless of how many echoes they spent.
same here, Did x5 echoes with a full 40-man raid and ended up with around 1400 points, I only got 68 valorstones and 39 coffer key shards… 50% of the raid got x1 rewards while the other 50% got full reward, (200+ coffer key shards etc)
I made a ticket and asked for getting back Radiant Echos which I’ve lost due to this bug and this is the answer I received:
