Can u get cold snap for all spec mages ?
It is a frost specific spell, it’s not in talent trees.
You used to be able to, from MoP to Legion it was a talent available to all Mage specs. but midway through Legion they gave each spec their own spec-specific Barrier spell, rendering one of the primary uses of Cold Snap (resetting Ice Barrier) irrelevant for Fire and Arcane.
