Cold Steel, Hot Blood damage is too low for DoT and for playstyle through this talent.
It would be great to significantly increase damage for this talent ( by ~x4 times)
To balance for pvp disable or lower leeching health in pvp.

Wasnβt this talent only good when it was azerite talent and you could stack it ? Atm there is actually no reason to go this route unless you want to increase dragonβs roar dot damage via the talent below that.
If I am not mistaken, Blizzard actually nerfs the damage by as much as 10%. While only giving 1% buff to bloodlust. And they said the 1% buff is to make up for the 10% nerf on the cold steel talent. When will fury deserve a serious buff XD
For PvP, this talent is great in combination with your other bleeds and Thunderous Words
