Are you for real? Coldheart Interstitia is the only location that drops legendary power for my Holy Pala (SB) and I have no chance for more than 2 weeks to obtain it. This is not alt friendy, not even game friendly approach. It should be changed. We should have a possibility to drop each power from two weeks that are available in the current week.
Please reconsider your approach Bliz.
You can get Coldheart Interstitia in Twisting Corridors.
Came to post this - all legendaries (that drop in Torgast) can drop in Twisting Corridors.
Just enter and exit from Twisting corridors, untill you have Coldhart
Alternate rout is to establish the 4th anima line (2nd rank of Anima conductor thus a must) and after that for 35 offering you could buy a random legendary… eventually the desired one will “drop”
Imagine not doing twisting corridors for your legendaries lol.
