Collected transmog items get purposely removed from the collection

I am very disappointed, played this game for a long time, I’ve looted many legacy items from different expansions with different chars and out of nowhere many of the collected transmog items got removed and now appear in the ‘not collected’ items, I have many many missing items, some I remember perfectly clear that Ive looted and now they are removed from my transmog collection.

Very disappointed to see you use these dark patterns of purposely removing transmog items that I know 100% for sure I looted in the past, just to make me waste time again doing the same legacy content to loot them again, I’ve opened one or two tickets in the past about this, but each time no solution was provided. Shame to use dark patterns to trick players in spending more time in re-doing the same boring content.

And I started to observe this dark pattern behaviour since Legion, when right after the end of Legion and the beginning of the next expansion, out of sudden some transmog items were gone, and then again with each new expansion of major update, things get removed.
I bet there are many other players who noted this as well.

I basically stopped bothering collecting transmogs along while ago becuase of this. It just got really frustrating collecting something and then finding it had “uncollected” days or weeks later. I’ve even had it do it on items i was wearing, even store items. It’s been an issue now for far too long.
