Did they remove the healing from the legendary collective anguish when you’re havoc? It was healing yesterday and I didnt see anything in the patch notes about removing it.
edit: tried it out in Torghast today and it was healing, still not healing in the outside world / dungeons or raids.
edit2: It is now healing for me, didnt get shadownerfed feels good
It’s not healing for some reason, i tested fel devastation as vengeance and it’s healing normally, but when i switch to havoc with Collective anguish it doesn’t heal…

Not working for me too. Neither is darkest Hour.
Same for me. Yesterday it worked fine, now no healing anymore from it.
I can also confirm it does not heal anymore.
Hopefully they are working on something for DH hence we are experiencing these glitches 
Our survivability is even more trash without the healing from CA…
Tested it again and i can confirm it’s working fine in torghast, it’s not working anywhere else, fel devastation is working fine if u are specced vengeance, it’s just as havoc outside of torghast that it’s bugged.
