Quick question about farming the Raven Lord Mount in Sethekk Halls (Heroic):
Is there anything special I need to do to get the mount to drop, or is it just a matter of logging in on any character, clearing the final boss on Heroic, and looting?
I’ve been running it daily on 20 characters for over a week now and still haven’t seen the mount drop. If the drop rate is truly 6.6%, that seems incredibly unlucky.
Am I missing something?
Nothing special!
Just go in there, kill and hope it drops the mount! I lost count how many times I went there in the past to farm that mount, and I was so happy once it finally dropped.
Just remember it has a 5% (not 6.6%) drop rate during this month-long event, which means you have a 95% to not get it 
I farmed Vortex Pinnacle for a week on 3 characters, and it never dropped, and finally it dropped this week for me! So just keep trying, and I’m sure you’ll finally get it.
It’s not the final boss that drops it.
It’s the raven lord Anzu themselves.
But yeah just kill on Heroic on as many characters you can stomach untill it drops.
Technically the only requirement is doing it on heroic, because Anzu isn’t present on normal difficulty - Anzu is the blue bird in the room before the final boss; it also doesn’t matter if you kill anything else or everything else, so avoid what you can (the charm totems at the start are annoying af, so you might be better off clearing those rooms, but you don’t have to)
Indeed feels bad. I came back because of the boost for a few mounts. I expected the jackpot by seeing all these mount drops screenshots. But its bad. Seems that the buff wont work for some. If i dont loot atleast one mount next reset i create a bugreport. This rng is ridiculous. Why does some get 10 in a week and another person 80+ runs and only 1.
Every run feels like a 
and dissapointement. And i already has most of them. But i dont gonna do runs for mounts i dont really like. Every bad run make it worse.
Even with the buff you have a 95% chance to not get the mount.
