If you reach out to battle net for in game inquiries, they will help you resolve the issue since we cannot handle in game related inquiries.

Your best bet is back to support, preferably use the ‘I still have an issue’ button, but failing that start a new ticket. Link them the US and EU confirmation blue posts that the codes can be exchanged from NA to EU.
