Did a little testing and recorded how badly my ability vs numbers matches on an alt warrior.
Is it the animation or latency? The worst part however is the feeling of no action/feedback when doing an attack. I got 30 ms local / 34 ms world fyi.

Bloodthirst, Raging Blow and Execute animation doesn’t match damage numbers.

Most Melee classes have this “issue” with some abilities

Sometimes it’s harder desync like your character got a ±0.5 sec delay where it catches up. Mobs position, players position, castbars, abilties etc is suddenly updated.
-The Lag Tolerance seem to require higher ms now than I have needed in previous expansions to queue a spell.
Have tested with 2 routers, 2 PCs, with and without vpn, anti-virus disabled/enabed, Fresh W10 and W11, new/old drivers, different cables. Only this game have this issue. Also done WinMTR/lookup tests with no issues according to Blizzard GMs/Engineers.
Just want to mention one thing about those logs. I had zero packet loss until I entered a timewalking. When I started to lag I also saw that I was losing packs:

However, I was told it doesn’t matter so I don’t know… Just thought it was odd those would start to lose packs every time I have latency problems. (Tested 3 times). I lag 90% of the time so it’s hard to test without lag.
