anyone else having problem with the scrolling in “Combat Log” chat window tab?
whenever I try to scroll up it automatically scrolls itself down and I have to sit and scroll furiously for it to stop and behave normally.

Basically the new scroll system wants you to wait for the green bar above to finish(aka load the entire combat log) before you start scrolling. It’s annoying…! But yeah, let it load and it’s perfectly fine.
