Combo points problem new UI

Hello. I got a bug of some sort with the new UI and combo points. The combo points on my personal resource display (the bar below my character) and the ones under my player unit frame is wrong when i attack from stealth.
For example it can show 2 combo points on my player frame, but 1 or no points on my personal resource one. Almost like the personal one does not update/synce with the player one. I do not have any addons. This happens both on feral druid and rogue.

short version: I attack from stealth → player frame says 2-3 combo points → resource bar below character says no combo points
