hit rev with cloud serpents today though the comendation for rep increase is still locked tried relog client restart nothing works.
Commendation isn’t on vendor yet even, i think you’re looking at log book, that gives cloud serpent riding to your alts. As blizz posted in beta threat related to fixed issues - commendations will come to game when msv opens

All Grand Commendations will be unavailable until after the release of Mogu’shan Vaults.
