I’ve been playing LoL for years. When I first came to WoW, I felt overwhelmed of how nany buttons I had to use. Also what lol offers is the ability to build certain items against certain champions, you can make a squishy champ have a better survivability so that you have more time to react. I feel like a complete fool because I very often misclick and just can’t adapt to the pace of the game. The game is really fun and the pvp feels unique, but I just feel I can’t force my brain to respond more quickly and precisely.
ah its easy, just imagine you are playing Ryze, but if ryze had 30-40 keybinds of just class spells, plus items, plus macros, plus toys and engineering :>
It’s best to start off with just a few keybinds at first and then introduce more when you feel comfortable with the first few. Hit/heal target dummies a lot to help with this and honestly it’s worth doing some pve to also get used to your binds as well as normal bg’s.
Pvp does take a lot of getting used to in wow. You have to know what every spec can do to you in order to react appropriately. This takes time and knowledge which you can only really get by spam playing. Find a good streamer for your class and watch them play too if you have the time. Welcome to WoW pvp and have fun!
It takes time but you get the hang of it. try to emphasize the idea that you run with your mouse and strafe your character from A & D, or Q & E. Look guides from Youtube and you are good to go.
