once you will have multiple ones on high level it almost stops happening
troops have the same level as average of your companions - if you have 6 on level 25-29 and 1 on level 1 your troops wil stay at 25 .
Yeah it stops happening but its still a waste of a couple of days doing exp missions for me.
I dont have 6 I think I have 5. 4 are 20+ and the fresh one caused my troops to drop to much that I cant even do a 200 gold mission anymore XD
tbbf that should just takle the 3 highest into account (cause at that time it doesnt matter much yet. I think its pecifically when you do campaign of lvl 22) that it gets harder
it doesnt though - because when you push campaign you get more exp missions - not only you get ones at 23 but also those at 14 still keep happening - plus some of 23 exp missions have duration of 4,5hour
there is no point to wait with pushing campaign
The other ones are significantly harder and not doable untill you done a couple of regular ones on the lowest
if you really cared you would have at least 7 followers by now :0 i have yet to find more but all covenants have meatball (ths) on level 5 of thorgast and 7th came from renown 12 for kyrians and night fae
I care but I dont like TG. So I didnt really focus oin it. I just do it weekly every now and then, heck I even skip weeks of of it
Thanks for sugestions, but sheâs done all available campaing missions, and is not behind on renown either. As I wrote - we are on the same page when it comes to campaign progress. As far as companions go - I too have someon aobut 19-20 lvl and then some new on much lower
But are you in the same convenent ? From what I read Night Fae itâs easy, but other especially Kyrian are broken.
Yes, we are both in Venthyr. I just checked and in fact my lowest lvl companion is only lvl 2, while hers is lvl 9 
So it all just seems totally random. On our other chars - in Kyrian covenant, we do not have such issues
