Hi Blizzard,

Hugely disappointed that the level 58 boost isn’t working as I’d used some holiday to take the day off work to start playing WoW again. Whilst Kaivax has indicated that the issue is being looked at in a blue post, another employee has posted, without any apology to people like myself who may have taken time off work etc, that they’re going to bed and will deal with it tomorrow. If that is the case, then O.K., I get it, clearly the team has had a very long day, but just post it officially and indicate when the issue may be resolved. Whilst timeframes to a fix may not always be obvious, in this case the employee has already said a fix has been identified, but that they will implement it when they return to work the next day, i.e. ~09:00 PST. However, as this hasn’t been officially confirmed by Blizzard, I’m instead I’m sitting here waiting to see whether the EU team will fix the issue and I can use the time I’d taken off the way I wanted to. So, in future please consider people’s time and communicate clearly and professionally.

Sadly you need to visit the US forums to get the updates. It’s not going to get fixed until the US lot fix it as it is not an EU only issue.

And tomorrow I’m sure there will be few hours downtime for them to fix this crap lol

This is hugely frustrating. I planned for the 13th then for the 14th now it’s on the 15th. I know it sound petty but it also screws with my plans around work and family…

Its just the lack of communication. Not everybody uses “X” imagine paying for the boost and it not working and you’re stuck there figuring out why your boost isn’t working after spending a fair bit of money.
