Just had an update on the companion app and now it fails to load any characters. The character selection screen is just a blank box.
Account and game are ok.
Anyone else got this?

Yeah, same issue. I tried reinstalling, clearing data and cache, nothing helped
Same issue my side, update and no characters.
Uninstalled, cleared cache, prayed to RNG gods, begged the loa and even sacrificed a gnome to the Jailer.
Still nada.

Most commonly this means you’re just logged in to a different region. Can you try logging out and double checking the region when logging back in?

Thanks. I was searching for exactly this. Apparently the app changed me to oceanie and the button of the region on the login-screen is greyed out, but clickable.
Exactly the same for me. It had changed to Americas Oceania and the button was greyed out, so I ignored it as I assumed it was an unavailable option as I play on EU. Clicked it and finally I’m back into the companion app - THANK YOU - far more useful than in game tickets where you just get a BS reply that is worse than useless!!!
