Did you check at all of everyone in your party has the buff ? if one is missing it you wont get it.
You can make a free trial account character and level it up to lvl 20 on us forum and wow eu sub still lets you post on us forums then
I just go to the customer support or technical support forum for bugs I need help with or to see if it is an actual bug or something on my end. You do actually get blue responses sometimes. Otherwise I use the in-game feature.
Did you open the extra chest at the end? The mythic item isn’t looted from the corpse of the final boss, it’s from a chest.
