I finished the Mage Tower on my Prot Paladin but I didn’t get the skin reward … is this a bug someone else had this ?

You mean the transmog set?
Look in your transmog tab, should be automatically learned.
That’s exactly the thing it’s not I’ve already checked even relogged & rebooted game no update on the skin …
Make a ticket. They should be able to see that you’ve completed it.
Kinda stupid question but did you by any chance complete it as holy or ret before?
You mean the bear skin? Yeah you need to do the challenge on the druid for that (if that’s what you mean).
No I haven’t completed as holy or ret before.
I’ve also noticed that after going to the table with the artifact wpn more skins were available then in my transmog, so definitely something wrong.
Then make a ticket about it. Unless you want to keep those artifact weapon skins 
Most likely won’t take that long.
They’ve said to ignore the timer.
