Went through the Venthyr Campaign on my evoker to unlock som cosmetics. One of the cosmetics I want require level 3 anima conductor but I’m completely locked out of that upgrade because Teneval the soul warden in my Sanctum don’t offer any quest to gather souls in Torgast. So I can’t farm out any souls needed for the upgrades…
Anyone know of any work around?
