Compliments to WoW devs and staff

With all the negativity on the fora, fansites and Facebook groups, I just want to say:

Thanks WoW devs and staff. I really like this game. I’ve been playing it since the beta’s and it’s still my favourite game.
I hope that my fellow players will take their time to not only ventilate what they don’t like, but also express what they love about the game and acknowledge the effort Blizzard employees put in it.

Have a wonderful day!

I do love WoW but I feel lately they are making some bad decisions that could have easily been good. For example: incursion azerite gear doesn’t have 5 rings. Why? My reason for doing that just went out the window.

Then there are good decisions like the flight map. BFA has the potential to be amazing they just need to stop making silly decisions!

By landmass, BfA is by far the largest expansion as far as I’m aware. No, it wasn’t bigger than classic, and if you count all the cata revamping it’s not bigger than that, either, but classic isn’t an expansion and cata revamps is just that - revamps.

If you add up all the islands and the two continents, you quickly realise that BfA is truly colossal compared to the Broken Isles. It’s bigger, even, than Northrend.

Now, making a big landmass isn’t hard. Making a big landmass that’s as detailed as this? Now THAT is hard, and Blizzard have pulled it off with brilliance.

This comment is really on point.

I like WoW a lot. I enjoy the time I spend in WoW, but i don’t really know how some concepts could arise that are so disconnected from pretty much every player that is a few hours in, like the unlock process of Azerite armor.
I know this will change, but how did the devs ever think it is fun to unlock the traits on Azerite armor with higher level with a higher level of your necklace? Didn’t they state multiple times, that the high itemlevel is necessary so players get better gear in the following raid tier (when swapping from heroic, with warforging, to normal in the next tier)? And now you think it is a good idea when you get gear that you can’t use because it is not unlocked? (currently this is not a big issue because the traits with the biggest impact are locked behind very common item levels, however every trait besides the final +5 Ilvl is annoying if you have to unlock it again on the same item with higher Ilvl)
And there are other examples I feel are quite similar.

I like this game a lot and because I felt better with some old concepts that had to go for new ones I do not like, I am afraid it will take a downwards slope and get worse until it reaches a point I will not enjoy it any longer.

It’s always nice to read a positive post in the sea of negativity.

I think the Devs have made some appalling decisions but I am still enjoying the game.

I play every day.

I love WoW, it has a special place in my heart and always will

Also if any blizzard staff are reading I really like those fey dragons, and the flying pig… ( I’ll shill for free mounts)

I also appreciate a positive thread. Mainly cause i disagree with most negative nancies on the forums. Bfa has a few issues like wf/tf and a little class balance. But the majority of this expansion is awesome and fun.
