Computer freeze totaly

When login 2 play wow after a few minuts my pc totaly freeze cant do anything anymore then only use button on my pc to pc out…then have 2 restart pc again Sometimes it happens after 10 minuts and sometimes after 30 minuts…its brand new pc and tryed all things already when Wow said.I even did email Lenovo about this problem and they said contact blizzard about this problem.

pc= intel® core (tm )i5 -9400F CPU 2.9 ghz
16GB ram
grafixs card nvidea gforce rtx2060

pls any idea’s about this

  1. did you checked the temperatures on CPU and GPU?
  2. do you have latest drivers from Nvidia (not from Lenovo)?
  3. did you tried without any addons?

Did try everything you said and nothing helps…But from what i read lots more people got this problem.But its crap that PC totaly freeze so only thing i can do then is put pc out and restart again

So are the temps ok ? Last thing that can be checked is Windows error logs. It doesn’t freeze without a reason. If it’s a design flaw then Lenovo should be forced to handle it and if not then maybe it’s quickly solvable after some troubleshooting.
