Computer upgrade, new CPU for WoW

Hi guys!
I think it’s time for upgrade my current computer (served me for 5 years, im gonna sold parts), in 90% of my free time I mainly play WoW, sometime PoE. What i have right now:
CPU: 10400f + be quiet! Pure Rock 2 (40-50°C in WoW)
Board: Asrock B460M PRO4
RAM: 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance 3200Mhz CL16 (with little tuning)
GPU: RX 5600 XT
PSU: Seasonic focus 550W Gold Plus
Hard drive: Two 1TB m2 disks (Kingstone and Lexar)

What i want (im gonna use €) and i would like to spend a maximum of 350+/-15 euros:
7500f (130 €) + Asrock PG Lightning 145€ + Ram kingston 32gb 600mhz 30cl 100€ (or similar Adata) = 375 euro
or
5700x3d 235€ + Gigabyte B550M AORUS ELITE 85€ + Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 40€ = 360€
And i dont know which set to choose. I know that with AM5 I will have a more “future-proof” computer but a lot of gamers said that on X3D i will have better performance in wow, maybe it’s just a cope compare to 7000 series. And it’s little cheaper. I know that on 7800x3d (375€) and 7600x3d (345€) i will have better performance but the cost of these processors practically covers my budget.
I will also be aiming for a RTX 5070, RX 9070 GRE, RX 9060 xt or RTX 5060 TI if I find a nice sale on one of these graphics cards.

PS
Or maybe build on 14600kf (185 euro) + B760 DDR5 + 32GB RAM?

First of all, forget Intel.
Second, the 5700X3D is alot faster in WoW than the 7500F.
The downside, as you already said yourself, is that you can’t upgrade the CPU any further in the future.

Now what i find curious; you said you have a budget of 375€ but want to buy a 5070 or so?
Is that budget just for the CPU and Mobo/RAM and you got the extra cash on hand for the GPU?
If that is the case and you only play WoW 90% of the time, then you don’t need to spend that much money on a GPU.
You will be CPU limited even with a 9800X3D, in raids etc.

My recommendation is to get the fastest CPU you can get and get a GPU that is good enough for WoW in whatever resolution you are playing.

For example, get a 9800X3D with a RX 7700 XT.
I would not recommend a 4060 or any GPU with only 8GB of VRAM, that is wasted money in 2025.

Or be smart… just upgrade the CPU / MOBO / RAM first, then see how much your GPU is bottlenecking.
