They show “new” tooltips but they work as before pre patch. E.g. my cryofreeze conduit ssays “heals for 20%” but heals 130%
Some of the items e.g. 291ilvl say they upgrad eto 175ilvl in pvp. The conq vendor started selling 145ilvl conduits for 200 conq, for some weird reason. It looks like they patched something and it ended up as per usual.
