[Confirmed Bug] Recent Vengeance Bug Fix Impacting Havoc Meta

      • Fixed a bug that allowed Demonic (Talent) to extend Metamorphosis to excessive duration.

This fix shouldn’t even happening , this is something shouldn’t be hoxfixed even , why blizzard does that? Players just use %40 chance to reset fel dev. reset legendary , if they so luckly they can use it 10+ times.
If you wanna change this just rework legendary there is solution for this : “If you spend XXX amount of fury your EYE BEAM 1sec / FEL DEV. 2sec gets reduced” now you just killed legendary proc & fun

THERE IS THE BUG NOW:
On top of that now cause of this hoxfix, affects HAVOC ( DPS SPEC )'s meta doesn’t extend they you use eye beam (if you got demonic talent) o//
