Does Cleansed by fire (the pvp talent from Conflict and Strife major for veng dh) remove necrotic stacks?

Affixes can’t be dispelled unless you grant immunties ( Like bubble )

Can’t say i’ve tried tho

It shouldn’t work. It’s now a physical debuff, that ability cleanses magic effects.
