Hey all, am really having issues to get demo to play at a high level, now my sims tell me I sould be around 118,504 dps but am hitting more to the 75/80k mark. Ill burst really high then ill drop and stay around 75k, till my next window opens up then ill do the same.
I have been running sims in M+ and raids but my scores arnt gr8 any tips to help a struggling lock ?

Hey, i play destro rather than Demo so i cant directly help but a good way to see where you might be going wrong is to use the compare function in warcraft logs. You will be able to choose other warlocks with a similar fight duration, ilvl and see what talents they are running their gear and spells they cast.
Also if you havent already take a look on youtube for Kalamazi he is a warlock streamer and i found his guides useful and clear to understand.

If you have trinkets linked to NP then thats prob the problem.
With Fragment you wanna use it just as pit lord comes out as you lose main stat from it the more you cast.
When i play i useally do the standard rotation untill NP expires, then i just stop doing spells and just pop the trinket.
That way you keep the stats you gain for the duration of the pit lord making him hit hard during his uptime.
I did a little better thanks to your tip i ran aberrus this morning in Normal and LFR, but tbh am still gray parcing. tbh i still cant get my head around as to why
As i said above i really dont have any experience with Demo but from looking at your parses i will mention a couple of things.
You seem to have low mastery. For demo this increases your pet damage, which i assume is most of your damage, so i would try to reshuffle your stats a bit to increase that and drop some verse.
You could do this by getting some crafted items with the right stats on (Haste/Mastery?) Not having the right stats can make a big difference to your performance.
The Elemental Lariot isnt a great item now unless you have a fully socketed set of gear as it works off of the number of gems you have. It might be worth checking out and trying to farm another neck in the meantime.
I use the Subcreation website to look at what other Destro locks are using for these fights as wowhead and other websites are not always correct with their guides.

Well i quit, am done. I have spent since 8am gmt trying to work this nonsence out. I took people advise and watched Kalamazi vids and like Chonko said (tyvm btw for taking the time to help) I added more mastery only to sim LOWER than before. So at this point am more confused than I was when I started.
The more I sim and look at my logs the more blind am getting, I really dont wanna let my new guild down and I want to perform to the best I can, but I can’t even start to correct the issues till I understand what they are and at this point am looking for a fart in the wind.
i took the liberty to look up your logs on experiments as its one of the fight were cds are perfect for 1st and 3rd boss there with NP.
Here is my critism:
A thing you also tend to keep doing is just casting you spells on cd, you want to combine you cds together for a big burst as demo.
one of these cds are “demonic strenght” whenever you are gonna use this ability you want grimoire up or tyrant (best with both) otherwise it does the lowest amount of dps it can.
You shouldnt give up, you can only improve with consistancy and determination.
But if you dont find demos play style fun switch. And if you are looking for you highest dps choose the spec you like most, it makes it alot easier to actually improve if you like what you are playing.

Unfortunately that’s how Demo is for now and has been for a while, hitting the boss with a 15 tonne monster truck under cd’s and then poking the boss with a stick until they are ready again.
In m+ you can plan ahead with your imps, building them as the previous pull is very close to dying, to implode on to the next pull too or to have a reasonable army so you can provide a bigger buff to tyrant more quickly.
