The respawn timer of Congealed Void Horror seems to be 100% broken. Even after the server reset it is still not spawning.

I can confirm this, waited for ages and no spawn. Flew around for a while to try to force Void Wastes to spawn also to see if that made a difference… it didn’t. Blizz need to fix! Is a forum post regarding this on the US forums as well.

In EU we report bugs ingame:

Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
Click Support.
Click Submit feedback or bug report.

Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
Click Submit.

Still broken. Will it get fixed befor Northrend launch? This quest is useful for quest stack so Blizzard please fix.

Log a ticket and get a response in five days ( sometimes saying nothing can be done!)… Managed to get a better response on the forums I find as it is public! Ridiculous that forum posts can’t be relay to get fixed by the appropriate team. A bug report should be a bug report where ever it is submitted.

Our QA teams and developers can’t be everywhere, unfortunately. Alternatively, game masters can’t verify everything or confirm every bug (that would be the role of QA, as they have the proper tools for it).

Having an organized pathway for bug escalations makes it easier for everyone involved, even if I can understand that you’d like to see a faster resolution for a specific issue that’s affecting the game.
