I’ve opened the Canteric Cache about four times, but the world quest still doesn’t show as complete.

Same here, essentially you can farm this for “Cyphers of the first ones”.
Yeah there was another cache doing the same thing.

The problem was recurrent on the world quest cache and another puzzle cache.
Another issue : Cryptic gloves that reduce fall damage instead doubles it

Yeah same here. Unable to complete quest on EU aggramar. Reported ingame as bug.
It is the same for me, although there may be a solution found from US forums to wait for Poco get full energy and use the 9 energy option, which should finish the world quest automatically. Going to try it first, but also I am afraid that because you can repeat it over and over and you get cyphers for free, it may be seen as an exploit. Hope that won’t happen.
Sorry for the inconviences caused, folks. The quest “Connecting it all” is indeed not working properly at the time. We are currently investigating what’s going on.
As Enelsilatar said, currently waiting until Pocopoc has 9 energy seems to be the best bet for completing the quest successfully. We’ll let you all know when there are news!
