Two days ago my game worked completely fine, but since yesterday I haven’t been able to connect to my EU retail account. I keep getting stuck on “logging into game servers” after successfully connecting and retrieving realms. I’m able to connect to and play US retail, and even EU classic perfectly fine, just not EU retail. On top of this, if i use a different internet then I can connect to my EU retail account, but this internet is very unstable and not suitable for gaming. I have tried every possible recommended step to resolve this issue but nothing has worked. I believe my ISP has been accidentally blocked from connecting to EU retail servers or something. I’ve also contacted my ISP and they’ve said there is nothing on their end that they can fix.
I would really like this resolved before raid comes out on Wednesday,
