Appereantly conquest was uncapped and some people on NA got near full gear, so they temporarily disabled the conq vendors.
No eu is not fine, i have guildies with X k points achievement. So maybe pvp ones are ok but people abused pve ones.
Pvp is also another funny story. Half of the server who do pvp are capped honorwise and we cant buy gear because there is no vendor.

Wait, so conquest points also got abused in PvE content/items?
Definitely private servers better than official server. But I am using it because company worth billions on the paper cant even manage to do something like this properly. Of course in reality this is also wrong. They can do whatever they want perfectly but they prefer to assign 2 man team for cata since no matter what it is easy ti milk boomer wow players. Mistakes glitches bugs low customer support doesnt matter, they will qq but play, they know this.

While this initially falls upon Blizzard, I think people taking advantage of exploits without a regard for how it may affect other players says a lot about the playerbase too.
