Yes you can do that. Check out the place in the middle of Dornogal.
Yes, you can go to the Forgegrounds, in the middle of Dornogal, next to the npc Custodian Khubon and there you can turn a piece of Conquest gear into a set piece.
However I would advice you to check MurlokIO for your class and spec, because not all class pieces benefit from turning 4 pieces of Conquest gear into 4 set pieces. Sometimes they get unwanted stats and you would be better off by not turning it into a set piece.
For fury warriors the top US player only has the bonus of 2 set pieces (head + legs)., as an example.
It’s overall a great website to be inspired by in terms of how-to max gearing for pvp, enchants, sockets and gems, but also talent builds to try out.
