Dear Blizzard, may I ask why you made that item not usable? What is your reasoning behind this.

Do you have any plans on changing this? What you can do is have a quest giver hand in to give updated version. You have to do this or I will call Mike Morhaime and CHris Metzen !!!

They never were and were never intended to be.

It literally says on them that they aren’t usable on ilvls higher than 165.
