Hardly, I was very excited for features like LFR even though I had zero interest in that feature myself. I generally like it when the game introduces stuff so that those who are less-skilled, or perhaps disabled, or have very little time to play, still have great content and progression to pursue.
Daily WQs, however, isn’t it - that is really bad for the game, that’s my opinion.

Let’s just wait and see, they (Blizzard) have all the stats, not us. (and WoW collects a ton of in-game stats)
Surely they will find a solution, in the end they somehow brought us all back into the game.

Chill gameplay really helps (we’re all 30+ now, with jobs/families, so it really helps)

I hate this. Daily Quests are now just no longer Dailies? Why change a system that has been one of the better additions to the game to cater to the sweaty 1% that find the measly gains from them mandatory when that same palyerbase will find something even worse to do like grinding dirt piles or sitting around parked for rares.
If the developers are worried about Dailies feeling mandatory the solution isn’t to make them bi-bloody weekly quests, it’s to make the rewards unimpactful enough that average Joe doesn’t feel forced to do them, which I’d argue they already are.
I’m glad Blizzard are trying to listen to their playerbase more, but I have serious worries over WHO they’re listening to at times.
Take rep away from the daily ones, problem solved.

They are World Quests, not daily quests.

For someone who loves world quests this much that you get outraged by this change, it’s strange checking your armory to see you only have 84 done as shown on your warlock.
At least it’s not tied to player progression but the fact That story is being gated behind should have been a reason not to proceed to such change. Some players would probably want to slowly progress their reputations so are more exposed to spoilers…
Hopefully a better solution will be found.
Just because you limit yourself to playing only one toon and discard 99% of the content in the game, doesn´t mean everybody has to.
I was enjoying not having a list of chores to work through everday. Finally free to choose the things I like to do each day. I have played a lot this week and there is still so much I haven´t even tried out yet.

some quests are becoming dailies.
My game experience is going to be ruined. Raise fist in anger* damn you!!!
I think I’m going to stop playing and join a convent to become a friar, working the land and spend my time in prayers, from early morning to late evening.
How can I play this game in this state???

And don’t wait til raid release to do something about it. My sub’s out in four days. This would have gotten you another sub. I’m not paying to stand around with my thumbs up my rear.
Why do this though. at least give us flying if you are going to gate power behind dailies. ffs. like just let us do what we want and stop forcing us to do boring repetitive tasks. the people who enjoy daily world quests are ill.

The people who are having irrational need to clear OPTIONAL wq’s are ill, and not those who are enjoying wq’s.
I didn’t bother clearing these few wq’s we have now, therefore why should i be against people having option to do more wq’s?

Once raid and m+ goes live, you can add wq’s which will provide casual players with up to LFR ilvl gear, just like during BFA.
