Console command not working

/console ActionButtonUseKeyDown is no longer working.

SetCVar(“ActionButtonUseKeyDown”, value) works but only outside of combat, i need something that can work inside combat too.

any ideas, please?

Sounds like Blizz intentionally locked it down.
