hey im getting d/ced every 5/20 mins all day every day for the last month and im fed up now its not my internet its not my pc and its not my addons i have turned them off completly i have followed every step on the GMs have given me and still nothing its like micro d/c that only effects wow it never happnes if i play any other game or watching a film its only wow im getting very angry im paying for a game that is flat out unplayable! please help

is the game running with Dx11 or Dx12? 
i know Dx12 can cause disconnect but i dont know why
i was running DX12 i changed it to DX11 and it hasnt d/ced me in about an hour now so fingers crossed cheers for the respons

As others have said. Use direct x11 
well iv not D/Ced since i changed to DX11 so looks like that was it.

this is still happneing and bliz wont even admit they have a major problem this is a joke and they need to get there act togeter shocking lack of respons for them wont even fix there own brocken game.
Other games may not be as picky to packet loss of latency spikes. This says very little. And films tend to buffer several minutes in advance, not even remotely comparable with a real-time game like WoW.
I also faced issues with disconnects, and it ended up being an AV<>OS issue. I’d highly recommend testing the connectivity properly, over a longer period, and also include the results here.
They don’t easily respond to these issues. And if they do, they’ll ask for more information…so better get that ready.
I have the same issue, crazy lag after 1-2 minutes of logging in. World latency counter said above 6 seconds (not milliseconds O_o)

I’ve had the same problem for quite some time (suddently since mop remix).
It has been better for 3 weeks (only in the evening) but since 2 days i have had DC like every 5 to 10 minutes.
Very frustrating if you are in an m+ run 
I have tried many things except a VPN. I refuse to pay for anything extra to solve a problem I only have with wow.
It’s a shame, I’ve been playing the game for almost 20 years but it doesn’t work this way. My sub expires in January and the way things are going I won’t be renewing it
