Constant disconnects from the game, again

Since my previous thread was closed and I was required to send my WinMTR results again, here they are. I have contacted my ISP once again, and they told me that the connection is stable. I can’t seem to pinpoint my problem at this point and getting disconnected randomly during Mythic+, Mythic Raid progression and sometimes during arena matches are getting extremely frusturating.

Edit: I wanted to add that I don’t lag or spike at all while playing. I’d see people running on the point and couple of seconds later I’d get disconnected with (WOW51900319) error. In the meantime I’m still able to talk to my friends/guildies over Discord without any problems. I am able to log back in instantly as well and I experience these disconnections only in World of Warcraft.

FYI. I’ve made this tests the other day and I provided the very same results to my ISP.

Thank you in advance.

Can anyone who had the same problem and managed to solve it share their solution? I’d be very grateful.

Also, if anyone see a problem in the WinMTR tests, please do share what you see wrong so I can take steps toward solving my issue. Thanks!

Can someone PLEASE respond to this problem. I am literally unable to play the game at some times. I am also aware that I’m not the only one who is experiencing this kind of problem as well.

I’m experienced same issue, but with my works VPN service. My ISP always told me that my connection is stable, than tried the StarTrinity Continuos Speed Test, that told, my connection is occasionally droped for just a second, and it’s was enough to disconnect me from VPN. Sometimes between 5 minutes sometimes 1-2 days, all computers on the same time.
On the third time my ISP changed my modem, thats solved my problem. Maybe yor modem is broken.

Yeah I got the same tonight, internet is stable but got disconnected on last boss in thorghast, went in to start it again and got dc again even though i did a speed test on the computer straight after i got disconnected the second time and it was fine. My son was playing Overwatch and he got disconnected at the same time. Extremely frustrating situation!! Never had DC’s like this before

17% Packet loss here.

35% here…

I am surprised you are able to connect to the internet at all given that packetloss.

That however is DEFINITELY an ISP problem, not a Blizzard problem.

The test is done in a very short time frame. The support page basically said start test, and play 5-10 more minutes after getting any kind of error. Obviously the %17 and %35 packet loss is not permanent. Also, I am very able to talk to my guild and friends over Discord when I get disconnected. Literally no interruptions whatsoever.

Can those packet losses actually because I’m using a ‘kinda’ old modem? Maybe the connection between the two keeps getting interrupted or something?

I’ve been suffering from these similar random disconnects for 2-3 weeks now and it is really frustrating. I can play, literally, ANY OTHER game and my connection is good. No disconnects whatsoever. But when it comes to WoW it feels like I’m playing russian roulette.

People i play with started to have second thoughts before inviting me to a group and not being able to do anything about it, is really getting on my nerves.

Hi,

Packetloss of any degree is bad for your connection, more so when it comes too software that requires a reliable data flow, if you are dropping packets this can lead to the connection dropping out.

All the MTR Tests are showing that you have Packetloss when you hit the first hop of the test, I’ve probably start there.

If you are connecting via wifi, I’d try a cable to see if that offers any improvement.

I am connected with a cable. Had first han experience how wireless connection can be painful  It is very interesting because my internet acts this way only in WoW and no other game. Also being able to talk over Discord as I am getting disconnected and being able to log back in again instantly seemed weird.

My ISP said the connection is stable. Although, they did mention that it can be a router/modem issue (no idea if that makes sense of not tbh) and advised me to change mine. I will probably start from there and see how it goes.

Can a faulty modem be the reason of these type packet losses between my ISP’s provided connection and the game servers though?

But it seem to happen to alot of players from all over Europe, i don’t believe many players all of the sudden have isp problems, it’s not like people are using the same isp.

Have same troubles in shadowlands. Zero addon bugs (via buggraber), constant disconects in dungeons and raids. No troubles in any other online games/services.
Connected via cable.

The problem is similar. Probably bugged my character revendrethbe because an npc caught discarded and then immediately thrown out wow error 51900319. however i am trying to enter load the game and as i am immediately thrown out with the same error message. i tried all the settings, addons turned off, restarted the router, completely removed the graphics and kept throwing the error message right after loading.

I forgot that this only happens to this one of my characters. I can log in with the others …

Looking at the problem solved, I do not know how.

Hi, i have the same problem. I was having a current raiding time when it started. I don know how to fix it. The Scan and Repair doest solve this problem.

22.01.2010 at 01:25 am I has been disconnected from being on17th floor of layer 3 Twisting Corridors, playing 3hours straight! My character has been put back at the front entrance of the instance. I played 15hours to complete layer 2 because I died 4times (12hours playing for nothing). This time I had still 3lives. Please help me with this issue by putting my character Homerusop back in the same place. I experienced already few disconnections before (around 10times within 3months). This time I lost again because of disconnection and this is too much, please help me. Tomasz Michalowski.

I have the exact same issue and there are dozens of threads and hundreds of people with similar problems. You can’t always ask us if we are connected via wifi and think that’s any kind of solution.

I and many others can play other games completely fine without any issues. I can talk with other people on Discord without any problems. But World of Warcraft often times just freezes and kicks you out of the game with the above error message.

I agree, at the beginning, I thought it is a connection, but is not. I have cable because I know is better for gaming, actually I had wi-fi and experienced freezes after I changed for cable I have disconnections from the server more often. It is true, it’s not a connection because everything works fine on other applications, discord, movies on yt etc. Blizzard please solve this issues, I am not the only one
