Constant disconnects

Hello,

I am playing Season Of Discovery on EU = Wild growth and Retail on - EU Silvermoon.

I’m receiving constant disconnects from the servers with the error code: WOW51900319.

These can range anywhere from about every ten minutes to one a minute when its bad, I can instantly reconnect and then it just disconnects again moments after log in. I’ve tried all advice thats been offered on the forums (DNS, IP address, router settings, IPv4/IPv6 settings)

This is not happening on any other games, only WoW. I’m getting an average ping of 7-9ms. On a full fibre 1GB broadband connection.

Any suggestions?

try switch from Dx12 to Dx11.

I appreciate your reply. I’ve just spent a bit of time playing on both dx 11 and dx 11 legacy and I’m continuing to get disconnects on both.

sry to hear that.
at this point i only have 2 suggestions left:

1: try repair function in your battle.net launcher.
2: try delete the Data folder in your wow directory.

since switching to Dx11 didnt help i can only think of that one or more files are corrupt since i have had that problem in the past.
