Yeah first of all i know its not that bad…
But it’s noticable and constantly happening regardless of GFX options and DX versions.
I have tried older and latest versions of drivers nothing seems to fix this… I get there may be a memory leak but is that causing my issue?

i7 8700k
RTX 2070 Super
16GB RAM @ 3200MHZ.
WOW installed on my 120GB SSD with plenty of space.

Could you be a bit more specific about the fps drops?
Does it randomly drop even when you are afking?
Or do you think drops below 100 FPS should not be happening on your system (cause they will 
)?
It just happen’s regardless of what I’ll be doing.
Still happening, with no addons and a fresh install?

When most people can’t even get 90fps.
Saw this comment coming, it’s not that… it’s the stutter im having issues with… I can be on low and its the same.
Have you tried switching DX 11 from DX 12. That can also cause some issues.
Good morning everyone! My one concern here is that you might want to consider setting an FPS cap in the Advanced settings and lowering the view distance ingame to 6 or 7 on the Graphics settings (bottom left).
For the FPS cap consider setting it to your monitors refresh rate which is only 60Hz looking at the MSINFO, or at least try setting it lower than the drops you’re seeing eg 90 FPS.
As Vankya said you can also try switching between DX11 and DX12 in the Advanced settings too and see if you get any improvements.
Also what kind of FPS are you looking at normally while playing?
