I’ve been experiencing constant high latency for about a week. I used to get about 55 ms but now getting 140-150ms. Ping is the same on both retail Silvermoon server and classic Firemaw server. I live in Turkey and my ISP is Turkcell Superonline. I tried with both over laptops wifi and cable connection on desktop, so i don’t think the issue is device specific. I also tried to reset my router but the problem still persists. I shared the traceroute with my ISP but they told me there is no issue on their end. Below are the ping, traceroute and pathping and looking glass results. I did the tests using 3 ip’s provided in support article.

Based in Finland myself, and after some trace routes, found that there is a huge wall of latency (between 400 to 3000ms) once it reaches Blizzard’s Datacentre, specifically the IPs 137.221.80.33 and 137.221.65.29
In game, I have intermittent lag spikes that can range from a few seconds to indefinite, forcing me to alt F4 the client. And sometimes I just get disconnected out of the blue.
Power cycling my modem solved the issue
