Hi,
I’ve run into a really annoying issue over the last few days on my new PC that’s about 2 months old.
Every time I load the game up, it is freezing on either the very first log in screen (when it says connecting) or very soon after entering the game. The screen will freeze, and then clicking on the screen will prompt the ‘WoW is not responding’ window. After forcing it to close, I am then unable to launch the game again from the Bnet client (nothing happens when I press ‘Play’) or from the AMD Adrenalin Edition software (the AMD app won’t even open at all and I have to restart the whole PC just for it to open)
After 2-3 PC resets, the problem seems to stop and the game plays normally.
Troubleshooting I have already done:
Changed additional command line in Bnet to -d3d11
Disabled advanced work submit in the settings
All drivers up to date
Scan and repair done on Bnet client
Grateful for any assistance.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3d
GPU: Radeon RX 7800XT
