Hello,

what is the best way to contact a Community Manager regarding a “fan project.”

I wrote an e-mail to: CommunityEMEA@blizzard.com but not receiving an answer since two weeks.

Is there any “direct” contact partner to mail?

The EU one probably got mothballed when Blizzard closed the EU offices. It’s probably checked sporadically. Try removing the EMEA and see if it’s an email. If not it’ll bounce back.

You could make a ticket and ask for a contact.

That is the correct email and it’s still used. However it’s likely to be extremely busy.
