Is there no easier way to contact support? I get it that too many tickets will become a problem and that’s why there are problems categorised. But what if my problem doesn’t fall into any of those categories? What do I do now? They should really include “Not listed” in all of the categories

If they did, lots would use it out of lazyness.

Have you tried asking your question on the customer support forum?

Generally if your problem doesn’t fall into any of the categories, it’s not something a GM can fix.
