Every season I have to start at 0, for the pvp seasonal reward, after getting like 80% of the progress done the previous season. I can never finish the progress bar because I have don’t have enough time to play theese days, as I spend most of my time studying. I also think the progress should start at 0 rating. This way we don’t have to loose progress each season.
Well, that’s unfortunate.

Sounds like a “you” problem
Not sure what progress means though. You retain MMR from previous seasons so it’s usually easy to get back to the rating you usually are.
But yeah game isn’t built for " 1 hour per week " gamers, your best bet is doing some world quests or mount runs instead of asking for free rewards and ratings
Players should lose at least 200 mmr compared to last season since many times we log onto an alt we haven’t played for long that have blue gear.
It’s not possible for us to perform as good as we did last season fully geared unless perhaps the class gone from mediocre to great.
