CONTINUOUS ISSUE OF BEING STUCK ON LOADING SCREENS[Solution, Not 100%]

Hello, I just want to say sometimes using a DNS server might help while using a VPN definitely will work. I don’t want to use a VPN or DNS either but for a short time solution sometimes using a DNS might work, so here there are some DNS that I think worth checking out.
Google DNS
8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4
Cloudflare
1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1
Quad9
9.9.9.9 / 149.112.112.112

You can check how to use the DNS from Google and I have to say Using a VPN will 100% fix the problem. but I don’t want to use a VPN because of the latency problem I get but you might be ok with that. so do that instead.

Yea seconded.

DNS is a common source of problems such as this, has been since at least the dial up days.

For a lot of ISP’s, the DNS services that come with it are often quite shoddy.

For those to whom this sound like a foreign language, DNS is to the internet, what the phonebook was to the pre-mobile telephone system. You ask your DNS server for Blizzard.com and it will tell you what IP address you have to connect to.
Switching what DNS servers your computer uses, is easy enough that anyone can do it once you’ve looked up the steps for your specific operating system.

Google’s 8.8.8.8 DNS tends to perform great and fast, but of course it does cause you to feed the Google-beast even more information, about your online habbits, than you likely already are doing through other means.

Cloudflare only took over 1.1.1.1 fairly recently, similar to Google’s it seems to be fast and reliable, and perhaps their business model is less at odds with user privacy when it comes to offering DNS services. That said, the fact they went for 1.1.1.1 as opposed to any other address was kind of a big blanket privacy violation in itself, so who knows.

I don’t have intimate experience with the other ones that were suggested.

VPN’s are kind of a way more drastic change. Using a VPN will, in many ways, effectively be like changing ISP. Your DNS servers will likely be different, the route your traffic takes to online servers will likely be different, and much much more. I wouldn’t really recommend using a VPN specifically to address wow performance problems.
